The comic dealers in my area (Kansas City)are a notoriously conservative lot, even when it comes to ordering FCBD comics. So, obviously, I missed out on the 2007 Comics Festival edition. Is there any way I could order/buy it from someone?

[...] Free Comic Book Day (May 5th) is fast approaching, and to help promote the Toronto Comic Arts Festival, Chris Butcher has put together one tasty-looking book: Festival Comics 2007. In addition to the swank double cover by Bryan Lee O’Malley and Darwyn Cooke, check out the impressive lineup of artists who have new, original full-colour work featured in the book — including some schlub named John Martz!
