MPD Psycho is pretty good. It's an older title by the guy that does KUROSAGI CORPSE DELIVERY about a police detective who undergoes a huge pyschological trauma when a serial killer sends him his girlfriend in a crate on life support, missing her arms and legs, creating a three way split personality: the original personality, a colder one that becomes a PI, and a psychotic one. It's really weird and fucked up, and there's this whole huge conspiracy in the background involving a 1970's revolutionary named Lucy Monostone, that may have created his psychotic personality as part of an experiment... I never got to finish reading the series. Eiji Otsuka writes some really fucked up stuff though.
