		<description>I honestly don&#039;t understand why anyone finding something like Detective #27 wouldn&#039;t simply send it to CGC and then stick it on ebay (or an auction house specializing in that type of thing), rather than take it to a store.  
Though I did see something somewhere about the book maybe having been trimmed, so maybe that explains things a bit.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve sold comics to the Beguiling (doubles, etc) and it was a fast and painless process and I don&#039;t think anybody felt embarrassed about it; on the other hand I wasn&#039;t expecting thousands of dollars, either. Fun fact: The money went to set up my first bank account here in Toronto.</description>
