Japan is one of those fantasy lands I’d love to visit. Your travel blogs about it made it really enticing, and all those photos…awesome…

Oh, Googie Steet. So. Cool.
I’ve started using it as reference for artwork, as well (including right this very minute). Cheaper than hopping on a train!
And…um…I may have used it to “stand” on Peter Parker’s street. In my defense, my Grandmother was born about…thirty…minutes…yeah. No. No defence.
It’s surprisingly verdant!

Michael – it’s the entranceway to Nakano Broadway – a geek mall/mecca in Tokyo (Chris has a whole entry on it somewhere or another on this blog…)
To be honest, I can’t remember the entrance being that imposing when I went there – though the angle of this shot does it a few favours -
