Bromance should be in a lot of comics, especially Western comics.

Stop being so scared to show that men have feelings.

sorry if this double posted.

The funny thing is once you take the irony out of the project, and use a generic "team-up" in the title, it immediately begs the question why no women are involved in the project. It reinforces what a lot of people think is wrong with superhero comics by excluding women and focusing an entire book (especially a reprint book where you could have chosen any story in your library) on just male characters. I feel like if they couldn't have used it the way it was conceived, maybe it would have been better to send the whole thing back and rethink it.

I wonder if this will put a stop to a collection of Marvel Two-In-One starring the Thing because there were some great "Bromance" stories in there including the one where Ben Grimm buys the Sandman a beer.

[...] Publishing | Retailer Christopher Butcher notes that the term “bromance” apparently didn’t work well for Marvel. The publisher has retitled the Marvel Bromance trade paperback, collecting “male-bonding” stories starring such buddies as Wonder Man and the Beast, Wolverine and Nightcrawler, and The Warriors Three. Now called Marvel Super Hero Team-Up, the book gets new, more conventional solicitation text, too. [Comics212] [...]

I hope they have that issue where Hercules and Thor have a totally hetero wrastle after Jarvis accidentally covers them in massage oil he was bringing for Tony's bi-monthly shiatsu appointment with Black Panther. Now THAT was testosterone filled!
